Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective. All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be damaged or defective
- You must submit photo evidence of the issue
- Photos must be sent to hello@tuesdaymorning.com along with your order number
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
How to Start a Return

Submit your return request by selecting your Order to return
- Email photos of the damaged or defective item to hello@tuesdaymorning.com, including your order number
Once your return is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or defective, you must report it within 30 days of delivery by submitting a return request and providing photo documentation.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for any items that are not damaged or defective. Additionally, the following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Bedding and mattresses already opened
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return request and supporting documentation, we will notify you of the approval status.- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
